i just found out that everyone i live with uses an alias. i find it slightly distancing, for some reason. i also find it completely logical, as it is necessary for their security. i also find it rather convenient, as i have avoided using their names in the (now, i realize, unnecessary) need for security, and now i can. i think i also just want one. i feel left out. i think i would choose a spanish name because everyone always assumes i am spanish. totez the truth.

knitting is fun. i’ve decided to knit as many scarves as i can for my dollies as they only had me purchase three sets of needles; i didn’t question it. and plain knitting goes surprisingly fast. and they are sweeties. and it’s terribly cold at night!

another thing that is not yet fun but will be fun is braiding my hair in two little braids. that day will come soon enough.
